By creating an account on kv88 or using any of its services, you enter into a binding agreement with the Platform. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal framework governing your use of kv88. To create and maintain an active account on kv88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, trusts, and third-party registrations are not permitted.

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or contractor of kv88, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, as these parties are ineligible to hold player accounts.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on kv88 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your details, contact support immediately.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kv88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. You agree to:

Deposit Policy

kv88 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via multiple locally trusted payment channels. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account balance instantly upon successful confirmation. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The following methods are accepted:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses to other accounts is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kv88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kv88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Players accept full responsibility for any risk associated with using the platform.

kv88 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue use of kv88 and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of kv88 shall first be submitted to kv88's customer support team for good-faith resolution.
